Job Opportunity: Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage all aspects of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes in our Adelaide operations team.

  • Responsibilities include processing all incoming goods and outgoing goods, performing physical inventory of branch stocks, complying with WHS management system policies, creating and following up purchase orders and deliveries to warehouse, arranging and organizing deliveries to sites within SA, retrieving the PO and invoice process in order to facilitate the payment to the supplier, maintaining reorder and replenish quantities, maintaining organization of the warehouse with appropriate stakeholders, performing and posting stock takes for regions, responding to stakeholder and supplier enquiries, and ordering KONE parts.

The ideal candidate will have a quality focus mindset, basic knowledge of MS Excel preferred, fork lift licence preferred, high level of attention to detail, organizing and prioritizing skills, collaborating and working within various teams with a common goal, excellent Time Management skills, and good problem-solving skills & analytical mind.
