As a technical leader, you will be empowered to build and cultivate a high-performing development team. This role involves mentoring developers, acting as their primary source for expert guidance on key technologies.

You will review their completed work, providing constructive feedback that fosters growth, while strategically allocating user stories and bugs to maximise team effectiveness and prevent technical conflicts.

Technical Requirements
  • Expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Portals.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed code reviews and manage a development workflow within an Agile or similar environment.
  • Exceptional skill in translating functional requirements and user stories into detailed technical specifications and tasks.

A key part of this role is shaping the "how" behind client visions, ensuring solutions are well-managed and intelligently designed from the ground up.

Leadership Responsibilities
  • Representing the development team in high-level discussions with stakeholders, ensuring technical solutions align with broader project goals.
  • Leading the creation of 'As built' documentation, defining the standard of excellence and delivering a lasting, high-quality solution.
