The ideal candidate will have a background in the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong technical relationships with customers. They will be responsible for driving company growth, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications with clients, ensuring seamless and efficient interactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Facilitate meetings with key accounts to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement remediation plans as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to drive business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Relevant experience in managing key accounts or sales in the healthcare or retail pharmacy industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong sales-oriented skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
