Our mission is to create a warm and welcoming shopping experience for our customers, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant.

The Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and exceed their expectations. You will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping experience, answering customer queries, and providing product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legendary customer experiences by offering personalized service and product recommendations.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by effectively communicating product features and benefits.
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation by ensuring the sales floor is tidy and well-organized.
  • Sell Value Add Products (VAPs) and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
  • Basic knowledge of footwear and fashion trends, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
