Embark on a Leadership Role

The Policy Governance Manager will be responsible for integrating our policy governance framework into the newly implemented GRC. The role will establish an effective operating rhythm in managing policies, procedures, and knowledge artifacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all phases of policy development, approval, and communication
  • Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures
  • Regularly maintain and retire policies as needed
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar position with a proven track record in managing policy and organisational documentation
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to tailor messaging to suit different audiences
  • Experience in insurance or financial services is essential
