Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Container Terminal Operations Specialist to join our team at North Fremantle, WA. This is a full-time position that involves the efficient operation of CN/Reach Stacker equipment, loading and unloading trucks, and repositioning containers within the terminal.



About You


To be successful in this role, you will require a current Forklift License and experience with container forklift operations. You must also be able to work well within a small team environment, be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment, and meet regular Drug and Alcohol testing requirements.



Responsibilities



  • Efficiently operate CN/Reach Stacker equipment to load and unload trucks as instructed and according to daily operating procedures.
  • Reposition containers within the terminal as required to maintain a tidy and systematic yard.
  • Stack containers safely and efficiently in accordance with safe working instructions.
  • Complete all necessary associated documentation accurately and on time.
  • Take good care of vehicles and plant under your control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, fatigue, heavy vehicle operating guidelines, loading requirements, axle weights, and vehicle specific permits.
