We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the Airservices Australia (AsA) Enterprise Network Modernization Program (ASA-ENMP) located in Melbourne, Australia.

This role will involve supporting Program and Project managers in delivering the program's objectives, as well as providing administrative support for project artifacts aligned with established policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Program and Project Managers in ENMP Program delivery
  • Administrative support of Project and Program Artefacts
  • Planning and Coordination of Program activities, outputs, and tasks
  • Maintaining excellent interpersonal communications skills and clear verbal and written skills
  • Preparing and facilitating the delivery of Program and Project reports
  • SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ENMP PROGRAM AND BUSINESS POLICIES AND PRACTICES
  • Coordinating interdependencies of Project and Program deliveries
  • Contributing to successful programmatic assurance and governance activities
  • Assisting with Program planning and reviews
  • Managing risk and opportunity with internal and external customers
  • Other duties as directed

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
