Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Nurture Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and anticipate future requirements.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the highest value customer accounts, creating tailored strategies to maximize retention and conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
  • Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customers internally, facilitating their feedback to inform product enhancements and service improvements.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional Tes products to schools within the account base.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Tes products to drive adoption and growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Director to align account management strategies with overall company goals.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system and prepare monthly reports on account activities and performance.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience and success in large group account management, preferably within a SaaS product environment.
  • Account Management: Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving retention and growth targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Results-Oriented: Highly motivated and results-oriented self-starter.
