**The Opportunity**: A Lead Cost Controller position is available to join our team and lead a cost control team across a portfolio of projects.

This role involves providing leadership to the cost management team and implementing best project controls practices.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the running of the cost control team

- Addressing feedback on team performance from internal and external stakeholders

- Promoting and demonstrating core values

- Providing guidance and support to cost control personnel

- Setting clear expectations and providing coaching and support

- Developing project budgets and ensuring accurate cost reports

- Issuing project change orders and variations

**About You**:

- 10+ years of experience in cost control, preferably in a senior leadership capacity

- Relevant degree in Business, Accounting or Engineering

- Experience in the Mining Project or Construction industry

- Solid technical, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Positive and confident character

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Proficiency with industry standard software
