Real Estate Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our team in Melbourne, handling complex commercial real estate matters, including capital transactions, leasing, development and investment funds.

  • A minimum of 2 years PQE is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated transactional real estate experience gained in a reputable commercial law firm.
  • Well-developed knowledge of core areas of property legislation and GST in a property context is essential.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills, as well as a client-focused mindset and commercial acumen, are necessary for this role.
