About the Role

We are seeking a talented corporate real estate lawyer to join our highly successful team. Your work will span capital transactions, complex development projects of various asset classes including mixed-use precincts, renewables and build-to-rent, real estate joint ventures, and complex leasing.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with highly experienced and well-respected partners and their teams, as well as lawyers across our National Real Estate practice.

The team is dedicated to the training and development of all team members, and we will upskill you in the areas you may not yet have extensive experience in, or the areas you have a desire to learn.

You will be part of a large and supportive team of high-performing lawyers and paralegals, with additional support from the legal support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis on complex real estate transactions;
  • Draft and review agreements and contracts;
  • Advise clients on real estate law and regulatory matters;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality results;
Requirements
  • A commercial approach to all matters and an understanding of the real estate industry;
  • Excellent business acumen and a desire to strengthen and build client relationships;
  • Drafting and organisational skills and a strong attention to detail;
  • The ability to work in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Resilience and a commitment to excellence that matches our own.
