Job Summary:

Juniper is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in regional Western Australia. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role:

In this role, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assess residents' needs, develop and implement care plans, and ensure high standards of care. You'll also mentor and support care staff, and ensure compliance with AN-ACC assessments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement tailored care plans for residents
  2. Collaborate with Residential Managers to address family and carer concerns
  3. Stay current with aged care documentation requirements
  4. Provide holistic care to residents, working with healthcare professionals as needed
  5. Mentor and support care and service staff to enhance performance
  6. Ensure compliance with aged care standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • Experience in delivering clinical care within aged care or healthcare settings
  • Strong planning, coordination, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to guide staff in wound management, diabetes care, and medication systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
