About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Juniper Aged Care, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • - Developing and implementing tailored care plans for residents
    - Addressing concerns and requests from families and carers in collaboration with the Residential Manager
    - Staying current with aged care documentation requirements
    - Working with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for residents
    - Mentoring and supporting care and service staff, enhancing their performance
    - Identifying and addressing training needs for clinical and care staff
    - Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and regulations

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • - Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
    - Experience in delivering clinical care within aged care or healthcare settings
    - Strong planning, coordination, and mentoring skills
    - Ability to guide staff in wound management, diabetes care, and medication systems
    - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
