Job Title: Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs.

This is a dynamic and high-impact role that requires you to consistently deliver win-win solutions for our bank and our customers. You will develop an expert understanding of customers' current and future goals, design solutions that meet their needs, objectives, and interests.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized lending solutions, educating customers about online platforms, and recommending products and services that best suit their needs.
  • Keep up with constant change by educating and supporting customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings.
  • Guide customers through tailored personal loans and credit card options to help them achieve their goals.
  • Be a lifelong learner by bringing your brilliant mind and taking advantage of on-the-job training and other learning opportunities.
  • Build connections by supporting our customers, giving back to the community, and making it a better place while having some fun along the way.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Victor Harbor. As part of the wider Fleurieu group of branches, there may be the occasional requirement to support other nearby locations.
