Aged Care Clinical Lead

The Clinical Team Leader position involves providing exceptional care to residents, fostering individualized support that enhances their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of the service through diligence with funding initiatives, care planning, and community engagement.
- Lead all clinical services in line with established processes and policies.
- Provide high-quality care services and maintain professional practice standards.
- Oversee and encourage the implementation of continuous improvement activities across all clinical and lifestyle services.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian recognized equivalency.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse.
- Previous senior clinical care experience in the health sector with clinical expertise in aged care.
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
- Sound understanding of care assessment in the Aged Care Sector and utilization of AN-ACD.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in using a wide range of IT applications.
