Your Role:
As an EHS Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our people and contractors. You'll work closely with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, maintain EHS records, and lead audits and incident investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project leadership in creating a 'safety first' culture
- Conduct EHS risk assessments and implement control measures
- Maintain EHS records and monitor compliance
- Organize and lead EHS audits and incident investigations
- Prepare statistical reporting for internal and external stakeholders
About You:
We're looking for a motivated and proactive individual with a Cert IV or Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety. You'll have strong knowledge of local legal requirements, especially in rail safety, and experience working in a safety-critical environment. You'll also be able to influence people at all levels and participate in an 8 days on, 6 off roster.
