The Event Booking Coordinator plays a pivotal role in planning and coordinating various events, functions, and celebrations across the club's multiple bars and restaurants. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Meeting clients on the day of their bookings to ensure all arrangements are accurate;">">Preparing and distributing BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) and internal communications within the business;">">Processing financial transactions and invoicing for client contracts and bookings;">">Completing administrative duties for proposals and contracts related to social events, celebrations, and small business bookings across the multiple bars and restaurants;">">Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports within deadlines;">">Accurately reflecting and recording all revenues in appropriate tracking systems;">">Attending weekly BEO meetings;">">Communicating effectively with internal and external suppliers;">">Working closely with the football department during football season, organizing football-related events, particularly home games;">">">

Qualifications and Skills:

  • ">">
  • Tertiary qualification in Events, Business, or Sales is preferred;">">
  • Current Queensland Certification in RSA;">">
  • Excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills;">">
  • Advanced time management skills;">">
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication;">">
  • Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Suite;">">
  • Ivvy experience and Open Table experience is desirable;">
