Banquet Attendant Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven professionals to deliver exceptional experiences for our event guests.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide attentive and personalized food and beverage service during all banquet functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, service, and breakdown event spaces according to banquet event orders and guest expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the Banquets, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure smooth function execution
  • Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently maintained in all event spaces
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipating needs and providing thoughtful, tailored service
  • Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, wine pairings, and dietary considerations to assist guests
  • Assist in the preparation and resetting of event spaces for consecutive functions throughout the day

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in banquets, events, or food and beverage service (preferred but not essential)
  • A warm, professional, and proactive approach to guest interactions
  • Strong attention to detail and a natural flair for hospitality
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays
