Job Title: Surgical Care Specialist

About the Position

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position requiring a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a Medical Surgical setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a MedSurgical environment
  • Flexibility to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
  • Ability to handle patient ratios of 1:4-5 and possess excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a MedSurgical setting, current BCLS certification, proficiency in IV start and telemetry monitoring, and experience with EPIC electronic health records system.
