Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering project delivery company that harnesses innovative engineering and construction solutions.
About the RoleThis position will involve administration of project/recruitment specific documents, scheduling interviews, medicals, and related assessments, conducting phone screening and reference checks, maintenance of recruitment and HR records, issuing new starters packs, and assisting with compliance reporting.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience as a Recruitment/Coordinator Administrator (3+ years) and experience with SuccessFactors highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:- Administration of project/recruitment specific documents

- Issuing new starters packs and ensuring all documentation is completed, collected, and electronically filed in SuccessFactors
