Senior Veterinary Nursing Leadership Role

Greencross Vets is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Head Vet Nurse to lead our veterinary nursing team with expertise, empathy, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the veterinary nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care and exceptional client service.

  • Collaborate closely with veterinarians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:
  • Certified IV qualification in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent experience and qualifications.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership and management experience in a veterinary nursing setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering safe, efficient, and effective patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
