Job Overview

You will work with customers who have complex challenges requiring expert-level knowledge to solve. Your role is to craft scalable, flexible, and resilient technical architectures that address those challenges.

You will help drive revenue, adoption, and growth from large and fast-growing accounts by building and executing go-to-market plans that turn ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deep Technical Expertise: Provide expertise for customer engagements involving OpenSearch, designing and deploying scalable, high-performance search and analytics solutions.
  • Architectural Reviews and Workshops: Lead architectural reviews, migration assessments, and workshops focused on search, log analytics, observability, and GenAI-based use cases.
  • Customer Feedback: Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmaps.
  • Business Development Partnerships: Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
  • Expert Community Building: Build and nurture AWS's global OpenSearch expert community while creating technical enablement resources for Solutions Architects worldwide.
  • Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in the wider community, educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events and webinars, writing white papers and blogs, and running workshops.
  • Generative AI Deployments: Help customers accelerate their Generative AI deployments with OpenSearch vector store.
