This Procurement Leadership role is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage the procurement function and supplier relationships, driving value and innovation in a dynamic environment.

As a seasoned leader with experience in driving results and developing high-performing teams, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing stakeholder expectations, and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and manage procurement teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in procurement or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
