We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Operational Risk Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert risk advice to business units across the Consumer and Retail Bank.

  • You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop risk strategies and conduct deep dive reviews to assess inherent and residual risks.
  • With 5+ years of experience in Operational Risk and Compliance, you will have a strong understanding of the prudential and regulatory environment and be able to articulate complex risk issues to influence senior stakeholders.
  • You will also have experience in managing workloads and driving processes in a matrix working environment.

  • A strong background in Operational Risk and Compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
