Job Description

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as Assistant Store Manager. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • Monitor and control store operations, including stock levels, wage costs, and OH&S management.
  • Closely monitor store sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in retail management, with experience in leading teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with strong time management skills.
  • A strong understanding of OH&S legislation and procedures.
