Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional retail leader to join our team as a Store Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for executing our brand vision and strategy, driving sales growth, and delivering memorable experiences for our customers.

Your primary focus will be on creating a high-performance culture within your store, empowering and developing talent, and providing coaching and support to drive results. You will also play a critical role in recruitment selection, onboarding, and visual merchandising excellence.

In addition, you will be responsible for delivering seamless omni-channel experiences to our customers, ensuring a safe and fun environment, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of motivating and inspiring large teams
  • Ambitious and driven individual with a 'make it happen' attitude
  • Authentic passion for delivering best-in-class customer experiences
