The Royal North Shore Hospital seeks an experienced nurse leader to fill a dynamic role. As the After Hours Nurse Manager, you will lead and direct nursing teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities- To manage and oversee nursing services ensuring delivery of best practice care
- Develop strategies for improved patient access and clinical innovation
- Maintain strong relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with clinicians to achieve performance goals and enhance patient flow processes
- Current registration with AHPRA Registered Nurse Division 1
- Extensive post-registration experience in senior nursing management positions
- Proven leadership skills including prioritization, goal setting, and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to motivate staff and maintain effective relationships
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications, Health Support platforms, and Patient Flow Portal
