Main Responsibilities
  • To manage and oversee nursing services ensuring delivery of best practice care
  • Develop strategies for improved patient access and clinical innovation
  • Maintain strong relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with clinicians to achieve performance goals and enhance patient flow processes
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA Registered Nurse Division 1
  • Extensive post-registration experience in senior nursing management positions
  • Proven leadership skills including prioritization, goal setting, and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to motivate staff and maintain effective relationships
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications, Health Support platforms, and Patient Flow Portal
