Job Description

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales, profit, and productivity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering financial targets, creating a customer-centric culture, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and genuine in-store experience.
  • Sales and Profit: Ensure the achievement of all targets as set by the business.
  • Team Management: Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
  • Operational Excellence: Adhere to all company behaviors, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Passion for Retail: A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing a retail, hospitality, or similar business.
  • Financial Management: Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Team Performance: Experience in managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team.
  • Operational Knowledge: Operational excellence, experience with stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
