The Role

We're seeking a Senior Infrastructure & Solutions Analyst to join our Technology team. As a key member, you'll provide analytical support, assist with technical solution design, and coordinate to support the evolution of the NPP real-time payments platform.

This is a hands-on role, involving day-to-day collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operational functioning of the infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the development and strategic initiatives of our NPP Technology Delivery, Engineering, Architecture, Data Platforms, and other teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical analysis and support for infrastructure projects and application migrations.
  • Design and coordinate technical solutions to support the evolution of the NPP real-time payments platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operational functioning of the infrastructure.
  • Influence stakeholder attitudes, decisions, and actions for mutual benefit.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sound technical analysis experience, preferably in a payments environment.
  • Strong infrastructure and project delivery experience, including infrastructure projects or application migration.
  • Detailed understanding of high availability and resilient solutions, cloud native solutions, data warehouse systems, event streaming systems, high-throughput systems, volumetric analysis, and modelling.
  • NPP (or similar) knowledge at systems or operational level is an advantage.
