Role Summary

The position requires a highly skilled and motivated veterinary nurse to provide exceptional patient care and assist specialist veterinarians in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with diagnostic procedures, pre-operative preparations and setting up theatre spaces
  • Provide surgical assistance, manage central sterile supply systems and assist with monitoring procedures
  • Contribute to post-operative care, administration and maintenance tasks
Requirements

A qualified veterinary nurse with a minimum of 3 years' experience in general practice and a Certificate IV in nursing or equivalent qualification. The ideal candidate should be highly focused, able to work effectively in a busy environment and possess strong communication skills.
