At Anton Murray Consulting, we are seeking an experienced Associate to join our Infrastructure team in Investment Banking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A/IBD transaction experience within Investment Banking or Corporate Advisory.

The successful candidate will have gained exposure to all aspects of transaction execution, including financial valuations, due diligence, and investor presentations. You will be comfortable with financial modeling and deal execution experience. Our client is seeking a strong communicator with strategic thinking skills to help grow the business and progress as a senior banker.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Active participation in transaction teams
  • Building and managing detailed financial models
  • Preparation of pitch materials
  • Managing due diligence processes
  • Management of datarooms
  • Engagement with clients and other advisors in transaction-related workstreams
  • Coordinating and instructing junior staff
  • Project management activities

About you

  • Bachelor of Commerce, Finance, Law, and/or Science
  • Related postgraduate qualification
  • Experience managing transaction teams on a full range of advisory mandates
  • Highly organized, motivated, and driven individual
  • Minimum of 4-6 years' experience with an investment bank or Corporate Advisory firm
  • Possess well-developed analytical skills, high intelligence, and commercial acumen
  • Experience and/or strong interest in the natural resources sector

The salary will vary depending on direct IBD/M&A experience in the Infrastructure sector.
