Leading Commercial Property Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and have experience in B2B sales, showcasing excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients to ensure sustained market presence
- Identify, list, sell, and lease commercial properties across Bendigo and surrounding regions
- Effectively manage an active pipeline of buyers and sellers to drive business growth
- Negotiate property transactions from start to finish, leveraging industry expertise
- Conduct thorough inspections and other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
- Possession of current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to continuously learn and adapt
- Able to deliver authoritative market knowledge and advice to clients
