Job Title: Industrial and Earthmover Tyre Fitter

Macro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Industrial and Earthmover Tyre Fitter to join our client's team in South Wollongong. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform tyre fitting for industrial and earthmovers as directed
  • Recommend the repair or replacement of customer's tyres
  • Complete and submit JSEA (Job Safety and Environmental Analysis) and SWMS (Safe Work Method Statement) before starting work
  • Complete relevant reports
  • Participate in a rotating roster for call back duties
  • Attend weekly toolbox meetings
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in tyre fitting for earthmoving, truck, industrial, or agricultural sectors
  • Proficiency in computerised balancing of truck and passenger car wheels
  • Current Class HR driver's licence and C2 Crane Licence
  • Strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of WHS regulations
