Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tyre Fitter Specialist to join our team at Macro Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of service, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform tyre fitting, repair, and replacement for industrial and earthmovers as directed
  • Recommend the repair or replacement of customer's tyres based on technical expertise
  • Complete and submit JSEA (Job Safety and Environmental Analysis) and SWMS (Safe Work Method Statement) before starting work
  • Complete relevant reports and documentation
  • Participate in a rotating roster for call back duties
  • Attend weekly toolbox meetings to discuss safety protocols and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tyre fitting for earthmoving, truck, industrial, or agricultural sectors
  • Proficiency in computerised balancing of truck and passenger car wheels
  • Current Class HR driver's licence and C2 Crane Licence
  • Strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of WHS regulations
