Job Opportunity at Mane Consulting

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Solutions Architect to join our team in Sydney, NSW for a 12-month contract.

The estimated salary for this role is $650-$800 per day, plus superannuation.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and analysing business systems, processes, and workflows to drive improvements aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

  • You will lead the analysis of complex issues, investigate customer feedback, and facilitate change initiatives.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to define business needs, priorities, and requirements, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the analysis and collection of information to inform business improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitating the prioritisation of change initiatives, including investigation and implementation of changes to program scope.
  • Identifying and documenting business processes, requirements, and user stories to ensure alignment with best practice methodologies.
  • Building strategic relationships with stakeholders to support the delivery of business solutions.
  • Comparing and evaluating alternative solutions, processes, and delivery methods to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Coordinating input from analysts across squads and driving the application of best practice methodologies and industry standards.
Requirements

  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality work assignments on time and to expectations.
  • Independence to develop suitable approaches in managing work priorities and determining conceptual frameworks towards projects.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant experience, with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Strong leadership skills, supporting your team and embracing change as an opportunity to improve processes.
  • A high level of responsibility for determining appropriate actions undertaken within government policies and ensuring quality control in implementation and delivery.
