The internal audit function is dedicated to providing independent and objective assurance of the effectiveness of the Group's risk management, controls, and governance processes.
Retail Banking Services provides simple, convenient, and affordable banking products and services to personal customers.
Key areas within Retail Banking Services include Home Buying & Mortgage Brokers, Customer Service Lending - Mortgages, Consumer Finance, Everyday Banking, Digital Banking, and Call Centres.
We're Looking For
- Experience in risk or audit roles with knowledge of product and operational functions and regulatory obligations in a banking environment
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Capacity to innovate and drive results
- Leadership skills to lead teams through change
- Strong customer relationships based on credibility, rapport, and trust
- Commercial insights
- Leverage Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence for audit and risk purposes
