At The Lottery Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead the development and innovation of our lotteries and Keno product portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives. They will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with business objectives, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders to bring new products to life.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing product roadmaps to strengthen our competitive position and respond to market trends
  2. Leading cross-functional collaboration for growth, innovation, and new game development opportunities
  3. Engaging with external partners to identify long- and short-term business opportunities
  4. Collaborating with commercial and finance teams to build business cases and commercial models
  5. Analysing competitors and market trends to inform product and promotional strategies

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or equivalent
  • Minimum five years' experience in a related commercial, product, or marketing role
  • Proven experience managing successful product portfolios and leading innovation initiatives
