Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our workforce management team as an experienced Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and be passionate about performance improvement, stakeholder relationships, and team development.


The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage a large casual workforce, and play a key role in meeting business objectives and client expectations. As the primary liaison between our valued clients and APS, you will ensure smooth operations and deliver high-quality results.



About the Role
  • Lead a dynamic team of casual employees and manage day-to-day operations at multiple sites.
  • Develop and execute effective workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with client stakeholders at all levels and communicate effectively to achieve shared goals.
  • Monitor performance, attendance, compliance, and safety standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting to support data-driven decision making and ensure KPIs and client expectations are consistently met.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using Excel and Office 365 tools, with experience in creating reports and presentations.
