Finance Leadership Role

This pivotal position involves full profit and loss accountability for a national division, requiring direct management of a team of experienced finance analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of state-based finance analysts who partner closely with site leadership
  • Ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and business insights as full P&L owner for the division
  • Partner with state managers and senior executives to influence strategy and performance outcomes
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and commercial governance, including hedging and FX exposure for international sales
  • Oversee the monthly management cycle and reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and insight
  • Contribute to business improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across finance and operations
About You:
  • Combine strong technical foundations with commercial leadership experience as a senior finance professional
  • Hold CA/CPA qualifications or equivalent
  • Bring proven background in commercial or operational finance, ideally in heavy industry, manufacturing, or industrial environments
  • Demonstrate leadership skills, with ability to coach, influence, and engage a long-tenured and geographically dispersed team
  • Possess strong analytical and critical thinking capability, with appetite for change and continuous improvement
  • Develop excellent communication skills to build relationships across multiple states and sites
