Job Title:

Project Director - Construction and Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our construction and operations team in Brisbane. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, and managing subcontractors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure safety and quality standards
  • Develop and implement project schedules
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality
  • Foster a collaborative working environment among team members and subcontractors
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Director on commercial or industrial projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate and direct teams
  • Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced construction environments
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
