Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administration Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling electrical jobs, managing technician workflows, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in administration, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

In addition, the candidate should be tech savvy with experience in Xero and Simpro, able to work independently, and lead a small team of technicians and contractors.

This is a stable, full-time role with a competitive salary based on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a varied and engaging role with real responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule electrical jobs
  • Manage technician workflows and oversee contractors
  • Maintain accurate records and accounts payable/receivable
  • Handle insurance make safe claims and coordinate activities
  • Provide direction to a remote admin staff member

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administration (trade industry experience highly regarded)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Tech savvy with experience in Xero and Simpro preferred
  • Able to work independently and lead a small team
