Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in the successful rehabilitation and rehoming of animals, providing them with the best chance to find their forever homes.

We are seeking an individual who can coordinate effective adoption, foster, and rehoming programs, ensuring seamless interactions between customers, staff, and external partners.

  • Coordinate animal placements with suitable foster parents.
  • Provide expert advice on animal care and handling.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrated generalised knowledge of animal care and handling.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A commitment to upskilling through professional development opportunities.
Benefits

This is a part-time position working 18 hours per week, including regular weekend shifts. The remuneration package will be commensurate with your skills, qualifications, and experience.
