Teach Swimming and Water Safety Skills

We are seeking qualified swimming instructors who share our passion for water safety and enjoy working with children. As a swim instructor, you will be responsible for teaching effective swimming and water safety skills to help grow our swim program.

To succeed in this role, you must be empathetic to the needs of the classes and have excellent communication skills to ensure customer service excellence.

A successful applicant will demonstrate their ability to communicate and interact effectively with students of diverse ages, abilities, cultures, and needs. They should possess an energetic, dynamic, and fun approach to teaching, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

We value a safe environment and require all employees to obtain a national police check and a Working with Children check. We offer both part-time and casual positions, providing opportunities for growth and development within the company.
