Lead Veterinary Nurse

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Possesses a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with a minimum of 3 years of experience in veterinary nursing. Leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrates proficiency in preparing patients for surgical procedures, administering medications, and effectively communicating with clients regarding their pets' health.
- Exhibits strong teamwork capabilities.
- Maintains a high standard of patient care and customer service, treating each animal with compassion.
- Displays excellent organizational skills and a commitment to cleanliness within the practice.
- Capable of leading a team, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues.
- Possesses outstanding animal handling abilities.
- Exhibits strong communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills and assists with administrative tasks.
- Has a genuine passion for animal care.
