Job Title: Advanced Care NurseDescription

We are seeking an Advanced Care Nurse to join our team in a rural setting. As an Advanced Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to older residents, supporting daily health needs and responding to changes in condition.

You will be part of a close-knit team providing hands-on care, contributing to care planning with clinical insight and empathy, and documenting care using specialist systems. You will also help maintain safety and quality standards and offer guidance to students and assistants in nursing.
