Job Overview
Senior CX Reporting SpecialistWe are seeking a Senior CX Reporting Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring optimal staffing levels by conducting forecasting and capacity planning.
The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, reporting, and customer experience-related roles. A bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field is required. A master's degree is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct forecasting and capacity planning to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Support scheduling and make real-time adjustments to meet service demands effectively.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on CX goals and staffing requirements.
- Enhance reporting processes and tools through automation and advanced data analysis.
This role requires strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Benefits and Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 or 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or customer experience-related roles.
- Good English language skills and knowledge in advance Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python or R (optional but preferred), and CRM systems.
