Healthcare Professional Role

In this role, you will provide residents and patients with the highest level of quality routine daily nursing care in accordance with company standards and federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily resident and patient care in accordance with nursing procedures and as instructed by the Charge Nurse.
  • Ensure that the Plan of Care is maintained for the resident or patient.
  • Assist with the care of the dying resident and provide post-mortem care.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in good standing on the Ohio Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry required.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Benefits of the Role:

  • Standing - Up to 8 hours/day.
  • Lifting, transferring, pushing or pulling residents/patients or equipment/supplies - Up to 50 pounds.
