About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic advanced trainee to join our team in Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine. This 12-month position offers a unique opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative support to medical and surgical teams across Monash Health sites
  • Contribute to inpatient and outpatient care, managing a broad range of acute and chronic medical and psychological issues
  • Develop skills in management of adolescents and young adults with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements

  • Advanced trainee in RACP in Paediatrics or Adult Medicine
  • Registered medical practitioner with APHRA
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
