Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable support worker to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team leader in developing and implementing person-centred plans, promoting independent living skills through formal and informal teaching methods.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including medication management, personal hygiene, food preparation, dressing, and mealtime support.
  • Maintain accurate records related to medical, behavioural, and financial documentation, adhering to guidelines.
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks such as payroll, compliance reports, and client procedural paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability
  • Current Victorian Drivers licence
  • Completed First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate - Quality, Safety & You
  • Current Working with Children Check Victoria for paid employment
