Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Event Producer to manage all aspects of event production, including logistics, vendor selection, and on-site execution.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement event strategies, ensuring effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
  • Oversee event logistics, including permits, insurance, and compliance, to ensure smooth project execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance experiential events
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of experience in event production, preferably with permanent installations or experiential events
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality events within budget and timeline
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative event concepts
